Realising a need to increase
the English Language proficiency of the staff, the
management of RamRais & Partners arranges for
in-house language classes on a regular basis. Other
language courses such as Japanese and Mandarin are
also on the training and development agenda.
Staff members of the firm
also attend comprehensive Information Technology
courses conducted by the IT department of the
firm to familiarise themselves with new IT software
and procedures in use at RamRais & Partners.
